PRE-TEST

For an informative overview of how Going Vertical’s training will improve you or your athlete, make an appointment for a free, no obligation “pre-test”, which will incorporate all three disciplines into one workout.

The pre-test is designed to analyze the athlete’s current level of overall athleticism and to set a benchmark against which improvement is measured. The pre-test takes approximately 45 minutes and includes:

* hamstring flexibility
* three separate plyometric drills
* standing long jump
* 10 yard dash with electronic timing devices
* pro-agility run
* vertical jump
* computerized agility test on our Trazer machine

At the end of each test, each athlete is assigned an index score to measure improvement upon completion of the program.

Team Pre-test
Coaches, bring your team in all at once and have them pre-tested together. A phone call is all it takes for us to set aside 90 minutes for your team.

During that 60 minutes, all of the above tests are administered. As their coach, you would receive a printout of their test results, which also includes an athleticism index score for each athlete. This index score will enhance your ability to put together more meaningful on-field training. The testing is a fun, competitive, and bonding environment for your athletes and a great way for you to convey your interest and support in their success as an athlete.
