Program Options / Price List

12 to 48 Sessions Available
The more sessions purchased, the lower the cost per session.

Sessions can be used 2 to 3 days per week. In-season athletes may choose twice per week, while off-season and pre-season athletes usually commit to three times per week.

Add-on programs are discounted when purchased within one week of program completion.
All programs include a free pretest with no cost or obligation and a posttest.

Each session is proceeded by a flexibility and form running routine, and is followed by additional stretching.

Family Plan
Athletes from the same family are eligible for Program Sharing, in which single programs may be split between siblings. Also, unused portions of the programs are transferable between family members.
